1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Ezoro Digital Inc. ("Ezoro", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Enterprise Subscriptions
Access to Ezoro platforms (including but not limited to Construction ERP, Real Estate OS, and Ezoro OS) is subject to an active enterprise subscription. All licenses are non-transferable and subject to usage limits defined in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Data Ownership & Usage
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your data. Ezoro claims no ownership over your data. We maintain strict isolation protocols across our Multi-Tenant Kernel to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our infrastructure for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Ezoro server, network, or data center. Any penetration testing must be pre-authorized in writing by our engineering team.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ezoro be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
